About me

My background

London-based product designer with 5+ years across AI, complex B2B platforms, and conversational interfaces. Currently leading design on Agentic Builder at PolyAI — an AI assistant that lets anyone build voice agents through conversation. Previously designed the company's first self-serve experience (Agent Wizard) and led design at Vertice on Cloud Cost Optimization ($1M+ ARR) and Intelligent Workflows ($50M Series C round).

My approach

I treat design as a translator between AI capability and human use. Powerful AI products fail when only experts can configure them. My work focuses on making complex platforms accessible to the people who actually do the job — finance teams, operators, business users — without removing the depth technical users need
