About me

My background

London-based product designer with 5+ years across AI, complex B2B platforms, and conversational interfaces. Currently leading design on Agent Builder at PolyAI, the AI assistant that lets anyone build voice agents through conversation. Previously designed the company’s first self-serve experience (Agent Wizard), and at Vertice led design on Cloud Cost Optimization ($1M+ revenue in its first year) and the first version of Intelligent Workflows.

My approach

I treat design as a translator between AI capability and human use. Powerful AI products fail when only experts can configure them. My work focuses on making complex platforms accessible to the people who actually do the job — finance teams, operators, business users — without removing the depth technical users need.
